Luxury Outdoor Living Transformation in Bath, PA This custom outdoor living project in Bath, Pennsylvania was designed to completely transform the backyard into a refined, functional extension of the home. At the center of the project is a premium Trex Transcend® Lineage™ deck in Biscayne, delivering a clean, contemporary appearance with the durability and low-maintenance performance of high-end composite decking. The light, sophisticated tone of Biscayne pairs beautifully with Trex Select® black railing and black aluminum balusters, creating a sharp architectural contrast around the deck. A large motorized aluminum louvered pergola creates a true outdoor living room above the deck. The adjustable roof allows the homeowners to control sunlight and shade at the touch of a button, while integrated ceiling lighting keeps the space comfortable and inviting after sunset. The transformation extends beyond the deck itself. Custom sliding glass doors create a seamless connection between the interior of the home and the new outdoor living area, improving both accessibility and the indoor-outdoor flow of the space. To give the elevated deck a fully finished appearance, the exposed foundation was wrapped with a custom faux stone deck skirt, adding texture and an upscale architectural detail that ties the deck into the home.
