VM Power Decks provides a 1-year labor warranty on its installation work. Material coverage is provided separately under the selected product’s official manufacturer warranty. Your written project agreement records the labor warranty’s start date, covered work, exclusions and claim process. Manufacturer eligibility, maintenance, registration and claim requirements depend on the product and purchase date.
Select the manufacturer and the exact product line in your quote. Residential and commercial coverage, product performance, fade and stain protection, and replacement costs can differ. The manufacturer’s applicable written warranty governs material claims.
To report a concern, contact our team with your project reference, a description and relevant photographs. We will review whether it concerns installation work or a manufacturer product claim.
VM Power Decks is not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, acts of nature, or site conditions not disclosed prior to contract signing.
