TrexPro Platinum is the highest certification level given by Trex Company. Only the top 1% of Trex installers nationwide achieve this status. It means we've completed extensive training, met rigorous quality standards, and installed a high volume of Trex decking with excellent results.
Trex deck installation typically costs $25-45 per square foot installed. Trex Select: $25-30/sq ft, Trex Enhance Naturals (most popular): $30-38/sq ft, Trex Transcend: $38-45/sq ft. A typical 300 sq ft deck ranges from $7,500 to $13,500 installed. We provide free detailed quotes.
It depends on the line, and each line's fade & stain term matches its product term: Enhance carries a 25-Year Limited Residential Fade & Stain Warranty, Select 35 years, and Transcend, Transcend Lineage and Signature 50 years. Trex's warranty covers the boards but not the labor to remove and replace them — as TrexPro Platinum installers we add our own labor warranty on top, up to 10 years when Trex decking and Trex railing go in together.
Yes! While Trex costs more upfront than pressure-treated wood ($15-20/sq ft), you save significantly on maintenance over time. No staining, sealing, or annual upkeep. Trex decks last 25+ years with minimal care, while wood decks require hundreds of dollars in annual maintenance.
